As soon as you arrive at my office you will notice that it is different from any other hair transplant office. I devote much more time to each patient than most hair transplant surgeons do.

There are no sales people http://www.iahrs.org/- only the surgeon, myself, will explain the procedure including everything positive and negative about hair transplantation. There will be no attempt to persuade you to do the work. Instead all the advantages and disadvantages will be clearly explained.

You will be given several options as far as the number of grafts to transplant and I will show you before and after photos of patients who have chosen each of the options. You will make the decisions based upon the information that I give to you.

I also do much more of the patient care than in most offices. I do the consultation, take the pre-op and post-op photos, select and prepare the donor site, inject the local anesthesia (I take pride in not hurting people), remove the donor strip, suture the donor wound (usually with a "trichophytic donor closure" which in most people, leaves an undetectable scar), make the recipient sites, adjust the grafts after insertion, put on the dressing, take care of the patient post-operatively including removal of the dressing, cleaning and adjusting the grafts when necessary and see them after the hair is grown. In most offices many of these duties are delegated to the assistants.
